The artwork for the Tour Dragon Map capsule traces an early 19th century painting depicting a map of Vietnam as a dragon, while being a nod to the tour artworks of U.S. soldiers, embroidered onto jackets as a souvenir before returning home. The stylized map was conceived during the throne of Emperor Minh Mang, a rigid Confucian known for his opposition to French involvement in Vietnam.
